Livable Telluride collects minimal personal data. We do not require user accounts, and our Site does not store personal data in a database. However, if you have interacted with our Site or connected via Facebook, you may request deletion of any data associated with you.
To request that we delete any personal data we may hold about you, follow these steps:
Step 1: Send an email to morgancsmith99@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."
Step 2: In the email, include your name and the email address or Facebook account associated with your interaction, so we can identify any data linked to you.
Step 3: We will review your request and delete any personal data we hold within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
Depending on how you have interacted with our Site, the following data may be associated with you and eligible for deletion:
Newsletter subscriptions: If you subscribed to our Mailchimp newsletter, we will remove your email address from our mailing list.
Correction suggestions: If you submitted a correction or feedback through the Site, we will delete any identifying information associated with that submission.
Facebook data: If you interacted with the Livable Telluride APP on Facebook (App ID: 27540761328856884), we will delete any data received through the Facebook API associated with your account. You may also remove the app's access to your Facebook data directly from your Facebook App Settings.
For data held by third-party services we integrate with, please refer to their respective data deletion processes:
Facebook/Meta: Manage your data at Facebook App Settings or submit a request through Meta's data deletion form.
Mailchimp: Use the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email, or contact us to request removal.
GitHub Pages: Server logs are managed by GitHub per their Privacy Statement.
